Wilder Building Study Committee Meeting Minutes 4-4-2018

Meeting was called to order at 5:00. Present were: Doug Heavisides, Kristen Haney, Jessica Poludin, Rhett Darak, David Harris, Peter Merrill, Tom DeBalsi, Roisin Viens

The meeting began with a brief comment from each member about how they felt the process was progressing thus far. Members are anxious to make progress and proceed with charge of the committee. Dave reported that he had done some rough estimating of the space needs of each program and the space available at the Wilder Building. He thinks there is more than enough room for the programs to co-exist within the existing structure. The consensus was to continue studying the needs of each program and examining the space to determine the best plan going forward. Tom will discuss with a project manager to see what options are available at what cost. Dave will meet with realtors to see what space is available in the Upper Valley for lease, just to get a comparable for estimating costs.

Next meeting is 5/2/2018 at 5:00 at the Superintendent of Schools Office on Highland Avenue. 

Meetings will be held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of each month and were scheduled for January, February and March. All meetings will start at 5:00 and plan to conclude at 6:00.
