Regional Resource Center


The Regional Resource Center (RRC) is a collaborative program serving students up to age 21 with developmental delays and multiple disabilities within the Upper Valley. With a team of highly dedicated individuals, students learn skills necessary to live and work as independently as possible in their community. 

Housed in the Hartford High School building, the Regional Resource Center focuses on three primary areas.

Academics

  • Measuring concepts
  • Reading comprehension and fluency
  • Conveying ideas in writing
  • Effective social skills


Community Integration/Independent Living

  • Recreation
  • Health and Personal Safety
  • Personal Care/Hygiene
  • Accessing the community
  • Meal planning
  • Housekeeping
  • Shopping
  • Food preparation


Vocational/Employment Skills

  • Employment readiness
  • Work experiences
  • Career exploration


IEP related services in speech, occupational therapy and physical therapy are embedded throughout daily program activities.
