As is required by federal law and in order to be as transparent with the public as possible, the Hartford Board of School Directors is happy to be prompt in response to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests.
If you would like to make a FOIA request, please follow the process outlined here on the US Department of Justice website.
Please note that due to the nuance, complexity, and time spent on such requests, the district will charge those who submit a request using the "Uniform Charges Schedule" set by the VT Secretary of State, which can be found here.
